Buying a home is one of the most significant decisions a person makes. Yet, the conventional property-buying experience often begins with what is easiest to present—a location, a brochure, a rendered view, amenities and a walkthrough.
A building is expected to perform for decades. Its architecture, construction, materials, workmanship and building systems all contribute to how it performs over time. Many of these aspects, however, are difficult to understand through a conventional property visit.

The Nivarat Property Assessment
Our approach begins with an on-site assessment of the property. The assessment brings together three distinct perspectives:

We examine planning, spatial utilization, functionality, design intent and the overall quality of architectural solution.
Engineering
We evaluate the relevant aspects of construction, material, specifications, workmanship and building system to understand the technical quality of the property.
Investment
We study the property’s underlying characteristics, positioning and other relevant factors to develop an understanding of its intrinsic value as a long term asset.
The findings are consolidated into the Nivarat Property Assessment Report—a structured document that provides a deeper understanding of the property beyond its visual presentation.
